Peruvian restaurant Inka Grill Fusion opened its doors in Pikesville on Saturday.
Located at 1010 Reisterstown Road, the restaurant is housed in the space where Mari Luna Latin Grill previously operated.
Inka Grill Fusion serves Peruvian cuisine as well as other South American flavors. The menu includes ceviche, sushi, tiradito (a Peruvian dish similar to crudo), steaks, paella and pastas. Chef Marco Rios, a Peruvian native, heads the kitchen.
The restaurant seats about 150 guests between the dining room, bar and private dining area.
Inka Grill Fusion is open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday.
