Penelope Cruz has never looked better.

The “Zoolander 2” actress has given birth to her and Javier Bardem’s second child but she appeared as if she did not do so a few months ago. Cruz and Bardem are wonderful parents to son Leonardo and daughter Luna.

According to the Examiner, Cruz credits her rapid weight loss after each of her pregnancies to the Mediterranean diet — a type of diet that incorporates healthy fats such as olive oil and avocados, lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, and seeds — coupled with fat-burning dance workouts.
