Step 1

Create the dough!


  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Grab a large bowl and combine the flour and salt, then stir in oil and water.

Once thoroughly mixed, place dough on floured surface and knead 10-12 times. Add water and flour as needed until dough is smooth. Then allow to rest for 10 minutes.
